Marbella property 'presenting opportunities'

The Spanish property information site Spanish Hot Properties suggests bargains are becoming available in Marbella both at the mid and top ranges of the market.
Nick Stuart, the firm's managing director, says the increased availability of cut-price luxury properties is welcome but unexpected.
He commented that the reason so many properties are becoming available could be down to "something as mundane as people not being able to afford the mortgage on the smaller luxury apartments".
Mr Stuart adds that there is no oversupply in the market.
Instead, people are reportedly selling up because many have lost some of their wealth due to the global economic downturn.
Marbella recently hosted the inaugural Andalucia Tennis Experience, which saw leading female tennis players compete for a large cash prize.
