Italy's 'new investment hotspot'

A range of brand new properties have turned one region in Italy into an investment hotspot.
Calabria, in the south of the country, has recently added various new homes and developments including a new scheme called Terrazas Di Pizzo.
With its picturesque coastline, the region is attracting many investors and is currently benefitting from an improved infrastructure which has been planned by the local authorities.
First Property Choice notes that Terrazas di Pizzo is surrounded by luxurious beaches and an impressive mountain backdrop.
According to the group, the development is "emerging as the most exciting holiday home location in the whole of Europe".
Investment in the region has funded improvements in the road network and the arrival of cheap direct flights to Calabria.
