Lake Como properties up for grabs

Several new apartments alongside Italy's Lake Como have been put on the market by a real estate and restoration expert.
Italian Property has a range of exclusive, eco-friendly developments which offer an affordable way into the prestigious area.
Lake Como – which is often regarded as the country's most beautiful lake – is just an hour from Milan and is known for its spectacular scenery, as well as some celebrity residents.
George Clooney, Richard Branson and Sting currently have holiday homes in the area.
Seven apartments are still available, with prices starting from 585,000 euros rising to 1.2 million euros
Jason Jones, managing director says: "Lake Como is the jewel in the crown of Italy's alpine lakes, but its beautiful waters, breathtaking vistas and luxury lifestyle aren’t solely the preserve of celebrity royalty."
According to the research by Italy magazine, Tuscany is currently the most popular location for foreigners buying property in the country.
