Cheap flights tempt Britons overseas

Low-cost airlines are increasingly leading to Britons taking their holidays overseas, industry experts have revealed.
According to the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions, people from the UK are among the most prolific leisure travellers in the world.
Robin Broke, director of the organisation, partly attributed this to the growth of cheap aviation in Britain over the last few years.
This has made countries such as Spain and Italy very convenient and affordable destinations, meaning that a trip to these countries can be just as cost-effective as a holiday in the UK.
In addition, this has partially fuelled the increasing trend of buying holiday homes overseas.
Mr Broke commented: "We like to go abroad for our holidays.
"That trend is still there, not least because we've got these very tempting low-cost airlines."
This comes after low-cost airlines Ryanair and easyJet both revealed that passenger numbers last month were up on those recorded a year earlier.
