Do your research with Spanish property, investors are told

Those looking for property in Spain have been advised to do their research to find a good bargain, reports Taylor Woodrow de Espana.

The firm has advised foreign property investors looking at the country's apartments and villas to find the perfect property for them.

Nick Freeston, head of UK operations for the firm, added that house hunters need to ensure they buy from the right property agents at the right time and for the right amount to be fully happy with their purchase.

"By doing this they should find themselves the proud owners of a fantastic Spanish property that provides a good financial return on their investment," he said.

Mr Freeston stated that demand for property in Spain continues to be high and that long-term investment opportunities were still readily available.

Earlier in the month, Dave Isley from NatWest commented that more Brits are moving to Spain in search of a better lifestyle.
