Huelva offers Portuguese lifestyle at cheaper Spanish prices

Those looking for property in Portugal may be able to purchase a similar home with a few pounds left over if they take a look at one area in Spain, it has been reported.
According to ShelterOffshore.com, the area of Huelva bears strikingly similar characteristics to the Portuguese Algarve but at a lower cost.
With the recent addition of its own airport, Huelva also boasts impressive golf courses, white sandy beaches and unspoilt, peaceful surroundings.
The website states that properties in the province start at £38,000 and "barely go up into the hundred thousand region for a well-appointed villa property".
Investors are encouraged to buy now rather than later as the new airport is likely to have a "relatively strong and positive effect" on property prices, the portal warns.
