Investors advised to consider Malaga
Wednesday April 16th , 2008

Overseas property investors could find Malaga a highly lucrative investment, experts have stated.
According to Homes Worldwide, house prices in many parts of the Costa del Sol are either declining or increasing at a slower rate.
While this may at first be seen as bad news for investment buyers, the news provider believes that market conditions will improve.
As a result, the current downturn could prove to be a window of opportunity for those who wish to invest in the region, as many properties are on sale at bargain prices.
Homes Worldwide said foreign property buyers could snap up a property for a "rock bottom" price before the market picks up again.
The news provider commented: "As Malaga's house prices plummet, now could be the perfect time to make a savvy property investment."
Earlier this month, the Independent encouraged overseas property investors to keep an eye out for bargains in the Spanish market.
The British newspaper said that while current market conditions may make it seem like the "worst time" to buy a property, it could actually be "the very best time" to make a purchase.
