More Britons visiting Spain

A growing number of British holidaymakers are choosing to take holidays in Spain, according to industry experts.
Travel portal Cielo stated that more and more people from the UK are currently opting to spend their leisure time in the European country.
The group said this is partly because new flights between Britain and Spain have recently been introduced by low-cost airlines.
However, it added that this resulted in greater need for temporary lodgings in many popular resorts.
This could be a positive development for people who are looking at purchasing a rental property overseas, especially since visitor numbers are "on the rise".
Commenting on Spain's appeal, chief executive Pilar Oliver said Spain remains Britons' favourite holiday destination, despite the emergence of places such as Bulgaria and Croatia.
Earlier this week, people who are planning to make a trip to Spain in the near future were advised to collect their euros as soon as possible.
The advice was issued by Moneysupermarket.com after the pound slipped to a record low against the single European currency.
