New flights to Spain set to launch
Tuesday March 11th , 2008

A low-cost airline has announced that it is to launch extra flights between the UK and Spain.
Ryanair will begin providing passage between Edinburgh Airport and Malaga later this year, while services to Palma will also be introduced.
This represents a further improvement to the accessibility of Spain from Scotland and could potentially boost tourism in both areas.
As a result, Malaga and Palma will be likely to attract extra interest from people who are considering purchasing a buy-to-let property overseas.
David Johnston, managing director of Edinburgh Airport, said he expected the new flights to be very popular.
He commented: "We are proud that Edinburgh has a destinations network fit for a world class capital city."
According to Holiday-Rentals, Spain is currently one of the most popular locations among overseas investors in the UK.
The organisation recently revealed that almost a third of European properties owned by British buyers are in the country.
