Owners of rental accommodation in Spain could be set to experience high demand outside of the peak tourist season this year.
According to Cheapflights.co.uk, consumers could potentially save money if they go abroad during the period between the peak and off-peak period.
The so-called shoulder season was said to be a good time to travel, as it means visitors can escape the crowds and enjoy a relaxing break.
In addition, the website stated that if people are going to expensive destinations in the eurozone such as Spain, prices could be lower out of season.
Therefore, it has recommended that people who want an affordable holiday in a top location consider travelling at this time.
Francesca Ecsery, general manager of Cheapflights.co.uk, commented: "Taking that trip is all about timing if you really want to get more for your money.
This comes after Abbey Credit Cards revealed that the cost of accommodation in Spain is considerably lower than in Cyprus and Portugal.
