Spain is a hotspot for Britons

Overseas property buyers from the UK are continuing to enter the Spanish market, a media outlet has stated.
According to the Sun newspaper, the European country is still a popular location for British investors.
However, Spain was said to appeal to different groups of property buyers, such as people who want a holiday home and those who are purchasing in order to generate wealth.
In addition, the Sun stated that many are choosing to leave the UK and live abroad on a permanent basis.
The newspaper commented: "The number of Brits looking to buy property overseas has skyrocketed in recent years."
Spain was described as a country that is on the "well-beaten track", as it has traditionally been a favourite among British people for many years.
According to Holiday-Rentals, almost a third of European properties owned by UK-based buyers are in located in the country.
