Spain to attract Welsh tourists

Spain looks set to attract more visitors from Wales this summer following the launch of new flights.
Services from Cardiff to Barcelona are being launched by bmibaby in May, a development with further opens up Spain to Welsh consumers.
The announcement comes shortly after Ryanair revealed that it is to offer new services to Malaga and Palma from Edinburgh.
This suggests that travel to Spain is still in high demand among British consumers.
Overseas property investors are likely to welcome this as it also means that rental accommodation across the country will be highly sought-after.
This could also serve to enhance the appeal of Spain among prospective buy-to-let investors.
Crawford Rix, managing director of bmibaby, told News Wales: "The new route strengthens our position as the number one airline at Cardiff Airport, flying more passengers than any other low-cost airline."
According to the Civil Aviation Authority, passenger numbers on flights between the UK and Spain went up by 600,000 in 2007.
