Spain to receive festive holidaymakers

Low-cost airline easyJet stated that country was highly popular among Britons who were choosing to spend the festive period overseas.
The carrier said that more one million people were flying off to destinations such as Malaga, Barcelona and Alicante for Christmas.
Spain was described as the "overall hotspot" for British holidaymakers, which is a sign that the established markets are continuing to be popular destinations.
This will be good news for investors in the country, as it shows that demand for holiday accommodation in Spain is still strong.
Commenting on the findings, easyJet it would be transporting a record number of festive tourists this year.
Meanwhile, the airline has announced plans to expand the number of services from Manchester and Liverpool Airports.
This will further boost the accessibility of mainland Europe from the north-west of England.
