Turkey attracts more British investors

Turkey is becoming more and more popular with property buyers from the UK, according to one expatriate.
Terry McFinney, who moved from Scotland in 2002, stated that British investors were being increasingly tempted by the country's growing property market.
Speaking to the Sunday Mail, he said that he had benefited himself as his property had doubled in value over the last six years.
Mr McFinney commented: "Turkey is really becoming popular with Brits buying abroad.
"Prices are on the increase but you can still find bargains if you do your research properly."
He also said the country was also a good place to live because it was easily accessible from the UK, which means his friends and family can still visit on a regular basis.
In addition, Mr McFinney praised the good weather in Turkey, as it allowed him to indulge in numerous outdoor activities.
This comes after Turkey was recommended to foreign property buyers by Rhiannon Williamson of ShelterOffshore.com, who said it was especially popular with people who wanted second homes abroad.
