Turkey offers affordable property

Turkey was also praised for some of its other attractions, including its good-quality infrastructure, amenities and climate.
These factors, combined with its relatively low cost of living, were said to make it ideal for foreign property buyers from Britain, especially retirees.

The website added that the quality of the infrastructure in Turkey is "rapidly improving".

The online portal said that since it is an emerging market, house prices are rising at a considerable rate, therefore creating strong capital growth potential.
