Turkish rental market set to grow

Demand for rental accommodation in Turkey is set to keep growing, an expert has predicted.
John Howell from the International Law Partnership said that an increasing number of holidaymakers are choosing to visit the European country.
This, he stated, has created new opportunities for foreign buyers who hope to collect returns from buy-to-let housing aimed at tourists.
Mr Howell commented: "As more and more tourists visit Turkey, there should be a stronger and stronger rental market."
He added that the country is also likely to attract extra attention from holiday home buyers during the next few years.
The International Law Partnership believes that house prices in Turkey will continue to rise steadily throughout this period.
Earlier this month, Murat Dedeman of the Turkish Tourism Investors Association told Reuters that tourism in the country is likely to increase by 12 per cent in 2008.
