Turkish rental property set to be in demand

Rental property in Turkey is set to be in high demand next month, experts have suggested.
According to Lastminute.com, many families from the UK are planning to visit Turkey next month during the school holidays.
The online travel agency said that Bodrum is proving to be a particularly popular location, along with Antalya.
This means that owners of holiday accommodation in these areas should benefit from higher occupancy rates and healthy rental yields.
John Bevan, managing director of Lastminute.com, highlighted the poor weather in the UK as one of the main reasons for people choosing to travel to sunnier climes.
He commented: "The unusually cold weather has led to incredible demand for late Easter sun holidays."
Some schools are having their holidays in April because Easter was unusually early this year.
The Christian festival has not fallen so early in the calendar year since 1913.
