Turkish resort to experience growth

House prices in a Turkish tourist hotspot are set to increase considerably over the next few years, experts have predicted.
According to NuBricks.com, a new golf development is to be built in the resort of Bodrum, which is located along the Aegean coastline.
This has prompted the website to speculate that this could trigger a period of growth in the local property market, as tourism is likely to increase once the new facilities are available.
Furthermore, the golf course could make Bodrum an attractive location for holiday home buyers who want to enjoy leisure pursuits while overseas.
NuBricks.com said: "This new golf project is sure to see property prices in the Bodrum area benefit from an expected increase in visitor numbers."
The website added that it will be interesting to observe how high the demand for golf property will be as soon as the plans are finalised.
Earlier this week, TurkishPress.com cited official data showing that the country has attracted more than 1.6 million holidaymakers during the year so far.
