Sucina

Serene Sucina

Near the Columbares Mountains, serene Sucina is only 12 km from the fine Costa Blanca beaches, giving the best of everything from sweet scented citrus groves to the bright lights of the Mediterranean resorts.

The slow pace of life in Sucina means you have to take things easy; the town even has its own health spa to help you wind down and at any time of year you can swim in the warm therapeutic waters of Europe's largest saltwater lagoon, the luscious Mar Menor.

Reason One: It's so quick and easy to reach – it's a quick two and a half hour flight from the UK to Murcia's San Javier Airport and from there it's less than a 15 minute drive to the town.
