Santa Rosalia Resort are homes that include two and three bedroom apartments with two bathrooms with views overlooking the large lake and green areas of this luxury resort.

There are six blocks of seven apartments per block, providing a total of 42 properties with communal pool, parking and storage room. The apartments are distributed between ground floor with garden, first and second floor with terrace and third floor with private solarium, with two properties on each floor and a lift to move from one to other level.

Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is the newest and largest resort complex under construction in the region of Murcia. This is a brand new resort concept for Spain. In the centre of the resort is a huge 'Crystal Lagoon' with islands and man-made beaches. There will be a picnic area, a walking trail, a Beach Club, disc golf, adventure golf, yoga area, petanque and multi-sport track. The resort will have over 4,000 trees and a green area of 124,000 sq'm to relax in, but the centerpiece is the crystal lagoon where you can sunbathe, swim, paddle board or kayak.

The resort is ideally positioned to many of the 17 local golf courses and is also just a very short drive to the Spanish town of Los Alcazares with its excellent sandy beaches plus a great variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The new Murcia International Airport at Corvera Murcia is only 25 minutes away with Alicante airport just under an hours drive.
