If you want to try different water sports, there is also that possibility. For those who enjoy hiking in nature, there are great hiking trails nearby.
Pilar de la Horadada has everything you could need such as shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and schools. If you want to swim in the small Mar Menor Sea, it is about 7 minutes drive to San Pedro del Pinatar. The large shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard is about 10 minutes drive from the residence and the airport is about 45 minutes away.
